Based on an initial phone call, Paul will provide an idea of the price and time-frame for your project. Upon inspection of your original photograph or photographic elements, he will then provide a firm estimate in writing.

Before work can begin, a deposit of $100 is normally required. The balance will be payable in advance of pick-up or shipment of the completed work and return of original materials.

Original photographs can be shipped securely and inexpensively via FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS Express Mail or a similar shipping company. Alternatively, if you you do not require the security of package tracking and signed recipt of delivery then consider regular USPS. Paul Baldasini Photo Restoration & Retouching has never experienced a lost or damaged package in over 15 years of providing photo restoration services.

Completed jobs are normally returned via USPS at no additional charge. Additional charges will be applied to specialty shipping services if requested, such as FedEx, UPS Ground, or similar.

In Connecticut from Route 9 North/South:

Take Exit 11 (last/first Middletown Exit) and follow around to end of ramp. At this traffic light take a left onto Randolph Road. Proceed on Randolph Road for 2 miles until traffic light where Randolph Road crosses Route 17. Proceed through traffic light on Randolph Road for .7 miles to next intersection (there is a gray barn on the left side). Take that left onto Long Hill Road and continue for .2 miles until you see a blue home on the left side among a group of 4 homes. No. 538 is the blue home set furthest back in the middle of the group. Come to the front door and ring the bell.
